Product classification and specification of molded steel plate
Molded steel plate is the use of galvanized thin steel plate, anticorrosive thin steel plate, organic coated thin steel plate and other thin square plate through cold rolling, cold pressing and other methods and forming steel. Profiled steel plate is a good building construction and material, generally used for floor, maintenance structure or other structures. Different uses of the steel plate, the cold forming is not the same, the shape of the steel plate including waveform, V, rib and so on.
Product classification
According to the substrate coating is divided into the following 6 categories:
Galvanized steel plate according to ASTM three-point test of double-sided coating weight of 75 ~ 700g/㎡, construction applications of the most commonly used galvanized steel for Z275 and Z450, its double-sided galvanized quantity of 275g/㎡(the minimum thickness of single-side coating of steel plate is 19μm) and 450g/㎡.
2) aluminized steel plate
There are two common types of aluminum plated steel plate for construction:
(1) For high heat resistance requirements of the environment: this kind of aluminum plated steel plate metal coating contains 5 ~ 11% silicon, alloy coating is thin, the weight of the aluminum layer is only 120g/㎡, single-side coating minimum thickness of 20μm.
(2) For corrosive environment: the metal coating is almost all aluminum, metal coating is thicker, the weight of the coating is about 200g/㎡, the minimum thickness of single-side coating is 31μm.
3) aluminum plated zinc steel plate
Aluminized zinc steel plate, also known as lead gold steel plate.
(1) is a double-sided hot dip aluminum plated zinc steel sheet product, the steel substrate conforms to ASTM A792 GRADE 80 or AS1397 G550, its tensile strength is 5600kg/cm. The metal coating consists of 55% aluminum, 43.5% (or 43.6%) zinc, and 1.5%(or 1.4%) silicon. It has the long-term corrosion and heat resistance of aluminum; Zinc on cutting edge and scratch gap protection; A small amount of silicon can effectively prevent the chemical reaction of aluminum zinc alloy from forming fragments, and make the alloy coating more uniform.
(2) Double-sided coating three-point test weight of 150, 165, 189g/cm. The commonly used aluminum plated zinc steel plate in construction is AZ150, that is, the coating weight of each square meter is 150 g, and the minimum thickness of the coating on one side of the steel plate is 20μm.
4) Galvanized aluminum steel plate
It is a double-sided hot-dip coating steel plate containing 5% zinc, aluminum and mixed rare earth alloy. The weight of the double-sided coating is 100 ~ 450g/㎡.
5) galvanized alloyed steel plate
It is a double-sided galvanized steel plate product that is heat-treated to convert the pure zinc coating on the surface into Zn-Fe alloy layer. According to the existing process conditions, the weight of the conversion coating is calculated by zinc, up to 180g/㎡.
6) electric galvanized steel plate
It is a kind of pure electric galvanized coated steel plate products, the maximum weight of double-sided coating is 180g/㎡, generally not used for outdoor.
Color galvanized steel and color aluminum plated zinc steel are the most commonly used in building roofing (and curtain wall).
Profile steel plate specification
The production of molded steel plate must meet certain specifications in order to leave the factory for normal use. And these specifications include: the thickness of the molded steel plate between 0.25mm - 2.3mm; The width is between 600mm and 1270mm; The length specification of molded steel plate generally uses coil, and the length depends on the requirements; In addition, the thickness specifications of the profiled steel plate are 0.42mm, 0.48mm, 0.50mm, 0.55mm, etc. Different uses of the steel plate in the specification will have a slight difference, but are allowed within the scope.
