Representation method

The first part represents the material, such as: S (Steel) represents steel, F (Ferrum) represents iron;

The second part represents different shapes, types and uses, such as P(Plate) represents plate, T (Tube) represents tube, K(Kogu) represents tool;

The third part shows the characteristic number, which is generally the minimum tensile strength. For example: SS400 -- the first S represents Steel, the second S represents "Structure", 400 is the lower limit tensile strength 400MPa, the overall tensile strength of 400MPa ordinary structural steel.

SPHC

The first S is the abbreviation of Steel, P is the abbreviation of Plate plate, H is the abbreviation of Heat, C Commercial abbreviation, the whole indicates the general use of hot rolled steel plate and steel strip.

SPHD

Denotes hot rolled steel sheet and strip for stamping.

SPHE

Denotes hot rolled steel plate and steel strip for deep drawing.

SPCC

It is generally used for cold rolled carbon steel sheet and steel strip, equivalent to China Q195-215A. The third letter C is short for Cold. To ensure that the tensile test, add T at the end of the grade is SPCCT.

SPCD

Denotes cold rolled carbon steel sheet and steel strip for stamping, equivalent to China 08AL (13237) high quality carbon structural steel.

SPCE

Denotes cold rolled carbon steel sheet and steel strip for deep drawing, equivalent to China 08AL (5213) deep drawing steel. To ensure timeliness, add N to the end of the brand.

Cold-rolled carbon steel sheet and steel strip tempering code: annealing state is A, standard tempering is S, 1/8 hard is 8, 1/4 hard is 4, 1/2 hard is 2, hard is 1.

Surface machining code: dull finishing rolling D, bright finishing rolling B. For example, SPCC-SD represents the standard tempering and non-glossy finish rolled cold rolled carbon sheet. Another example, SPCCT-SB represents the standard tempering and polishing process, requiring the guarantee of mechanical properties of cold rolled carbon sheet.
