Post-processing.

The passivation treatment is mainly chromate passivation. Some activators, such as fluoride, phosphoric acid or sulfuric acid, are added to the passivation solution, and thicker chromate films can be obtained after passivation. When there is fluoride in the passivation liquid, the surface tension of the steel strip can be reduced, the film formation reaction can be accelerated, the chemical polishing effect can be increased, and the passivation film can be fine and bright.
