2. Construction precautions:

(1) Attention should be paid to the drainage of groundwater and rainwater during the excavation of foundation pit; Mechanical excavation method is used when the soil is sandy or plain filled. When the soil is viscous or silty, it is appropriate to use artificial excavation method for construction.

(2) The slope support should be carried out in time after the foundation pit excavation to the design elevation.

(3) The cushion at the bottom of the trench must be cleared of loose material and flattened and dense before laying the pipeline foundation cushion. The thickness of the cushion is generally 100mm ~ 150mm.

(4) Expansion joints or settlement joints should be set on the pipeline foundation to adapt to the influence of different soil conditions and temperature changes in different regions;

At the same time, in order to ensure the stability of the pipeline foundation and prevent the additional stress on the pipeline caused by uneven subsidence of the foundation, supporting points should be set on both sides of the pipeline to fix the position of the pipeline and bear the action of pipeline load.

(5) The protective grounding of the embedded water supply pipeline can be reliably grounded by welding or flange connection; When the ground is welded, stainless steel corrugated hose should be used as a jumper to connect the ground wire.

(6) The contact between the metal conduit laid underground and the surrounding soil should be sealed with rubber rings or sealed with epoxy resin cement.

(7) The threaded water supply and drainage pipe system should not be used where there is vibration or impact;

(8) For corrosive liquid media should not be directly discharged into the water or in the water after adding chemical agent treatment and discharge.

(9) The cable lines buried underground without special protective measures are strictly prohibited from crossing roads, railways or other public facilities as well as the inner walls and floors of buildings;

(10) The cable line buried underground and with special protection requirements shall take protective measures above the ground before passing through;

(11) When the wire and cable pass through the hole of the bridge, there should be anti-eddy current protection device to prevent eddy current damage insulation;

(12) Electrical equipment shall not be installed in humid and erosive gas environment;

(13) The metal shell of the electrical equipment must have safety facilities such as reliable grounding or zero connection and zero protection grounding terminal box.
