Galvanized sheet steel

Share :

Galvanized steel plate can be divided into general use, house use, building lateral plate, structure, corrugated board, drawing and deep drawing galvanized steel plate.

Galvanized sheet steel

1) Surface state: Because of the different treatment methods in the plating process, the surface state of galvanized plate is also different, such as ordinary zinc flower, fine zinc flower, flat zinc flower, zinc flower and phosphating surface. The German standard also provides for surface grades.

(2) Galvanized sheet should have a good appearance, no defects harmful to the use of products, such as no plating, holes, cracks and scum, more than thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, white rust, etc. Foreign standards are not very clear about the specific appearance defects. Some specific defects should be specified in the contract when ordering.

Galvanized thin steel plate refers to galvanized metal substrate on both sides of cold rolled steel plate, which can be directly made of paint buckets or other metal containers, and can also be used for decorative plates. Coloring coating on galvanized sheet is called coloring zinc sheet. Galvanized iron plate above 183g/m2 is generally used for wall decoration, and galvanized iron plate above 244g/m2 is generally used for roof decoration. In addition, there is a sheet steel plate without any other metal plating, similar in size to tinned sheet steel, its basic properties are the properties of the steel substrate of tinned sheet steel. In the production of iron printing, this kind of plate is suitable for positive and negative sides are covered with paint mixed pot body, cover, thermos shell, label products, is also often used for coated iron substrate.

According to the production and processing methods can be divided into the following categories:

Hot dip galvanized steel plate. The sheet steel is dipped into the melted zinc tank and the surface is adhered to a zinc sheet steel. At present, continuous galvanizing process is mainly used to produce, that is, continuous immersion of rolled steel plate in the melting of zinc in the plating tank to make galvanized steel plate;

② alloyed galvanized steel plate. This steel plate is also made by hot dipping, but immediately after the trough, it is heated to about 500 ℃, so that it is a natural zinc and iron alloy coating. This galvanized sheet has good coating tightness and weldability;

③ Electric galvanized steel plate. This galvanized steel plate made by electroplating has good workability. But the coating is thin, corrosion resistance is not as good as hot dip galvanized sheet;

④ Single-side plating and double-side difference galvanized steel plate. Single-sided galvanized steel plate, that is, galvanized products only on one side. In welding, coating, rust treatment, processing and other aspects, it has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized plate. In order to overcome the shortcomings of single side without zinc coating, there is a galvanized sheet coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, namely double-sided differential galvanized sheet;

⑤ Alloy, composite galvanized steel plate. It is made of zinc and other metals such as lead, zinc alloy or composite plating of steel plate. This kind of steel plate not only has excellent anti-rust performance, but also has good coating performance.

In addition to the above five kinds, there are color galvanized steel plate, printing coated galvanized steel plate, PVC laminated galvanized steel plate and so on. But at present the most commonly used is still hot dip galvanized sheet.

Galvanized steel plate can be divided into general use, house use, building lateral plate, structure, corrugated board, drawing and deep drawing galvanized steel plate.
