The use of 1000# sand belt in fine grinding is mainly to modify the grinding of fine lines that appear in the previous step, and the grinding method is the same as above. The goal of this process is that the joint between the grinding part and the ungrinding part of the workpiece basically disappears, and the surface of the workpiece is further bright. The workpiece after grinding through this process should be basically close to the mirror effect, and the surface roughness of the workpiece should be able to reach R0.1mm.
In general, 600# sand belt can be polishing 1500mm long workpiece 6-8, 800# sand belt can be polishing workpiece 4-6, 1000# sand belt can be polishing workpiece 1-2, the specific situation also depends on the workpiece welding solder joints, polishing pressure and grinding methods have a great relationship. But it takes a lot of work.
2. the mirror using high-speed motor to drive the wool wheel (available on the market), with the big green wax to imitate the previous polishing method for mirror polishing, the main purpose of this process is to polish the workpiece after polishing the previous several processes, rather than further grinding. Be careful not to rub the polishing wax onto the covering film on the surface of the workpiece during this step, and be careful not to damage the covering film.
3. polishing this process is the last process of mirror polishing, with a clean cotton wheel after the mirror surface friction, the workpiece after the completion of all previous processes clean, polish. The goal of this process is to make the surface of the workpiece can not be distinguished by welding marks, and the waxed polishing of the workpiece, the brightness reaches a high mirror reflection of 8k, and the part of the workpiece that has been thrown and the part that has not been thrown can hardly be distinguished.
