As a widely used material, the surface treatment of steel pipe has an important impact on its performance and service life. The following is a detailed description of the different treatment methods for square and rectangular steel pipe surfaces:

Natural black: After the production of the steel pipe, its original state shows a natural black, this color is due to the steel in the absence of any coating or treatment of natural oxide layer produced.

Natural black steel pipe coloring: In order to meet specific aesthetic requirements or identification needs, natural black steel pipes can be colored and coated with a layer of color coating to make the steel pipes show different colors.

Coating 3PE on the surface of natural black steel pipe: 3PE (three layers of polyethylene) is an anti-corrosion coating, by coating 3PE on the surface of the steel pipe, it can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe and extend its service life.

Pre-galvanized 30g/m2 or custom (30g/ m2-100g /m2) : Pre-galvanized refers to the process of steel pipe manufacturing, through the hot dip plating on the surface of the steel pipe plated with a layer of zinc to provide rust protection. The thickness of galvanized layer can be customized according to customer needs, ranging from 30g/m2 to 100g/m2.

Coated with pvc film: PVC (polyvinyl chloride) film is a plastic film that is coated on the surface of the steel pipe to provide an additional protective layer to prevent mechanical damage or chemical corrosion of the steel pipe.

Galvanized steel pipe coloring: For steel pipes that have been galvanized, the same can be colored to meet specific appearance requirements or to distinguish.

Galvanized steel pipe coated with 3PE: Similar to natural black steel pipe, galvanized steel pipe can also be coated with 3PE anti-corrosion layer on its surface to further enhance its corrosion resistance.

Hot dip galvanizing coating 200g/m2 or custom (200g/ m2-500g /m2) : Hot dip galvanizing is a thicker galvanizing layer that provides a higher level of rust protection. Customers can choose galvanized layers of different thickness from 200g/m2 to 500g/m2 according to the specific application requirements.

To provide additional quality assurance, we accept third-party inspection services appointed or paid for by the Buyer. These third party inspection organizations, such as SGS (Swiss General Surveyor) and BV (French International Inspection Bureau), are internationally recognized inspection, identification, testing and certification organizations. Their inspection reports are accepted by many buyers worldwide, which adds an extra layer of trust and reliability to our products.
