Galvanized Steel Plate

※   Hot-dip galvanized steel plate: the thin steel plate is immersed in the melted zinc tank, so that its surface adheres to a layer of zinc thin steel plate. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously dipped in the plating tank with melted zinc to make galvanized steel plate.

※   Alloyed galvanized steel plate: This steel plate is also manufactured by hot dipping method, but after the tank is out, it is heated to about 500 ° C immediately to generate an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized sheet has good coating adhesion and weldability.

※   Electrogalvanized steel plate: This galvanized steel plate is manufactured by electroplating method and has good workability. However, the coating is thin and the corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized sheet. Single-sided plated and double-sided differential galvanized steel plate: single-sided galvanized steel plate, that is, only galvanized on one side of the product. It has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet in welding, coating, anti-rust treatment, processing and so on. In order to overcome the shortcomings of uncoated zinc on one side, there is a galvanized sheet coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, a double-sided differential galvanized sheet.
