Internal pressure resistance:

Due to its unique material characteristics, the centrifugal ductile iron pipe has both the strength of iron and the toughness of steel, so the pipe made of it far exceeds other materials in terms of safety performance. The design working pressure of this pipe is much higher than that of other common pipe materials, and its safety factor is also quite high. In actual use, the rupture pressure that can occur is only three times the working pressure, which means that even under high pressure conditions, this tube can remain stable, greatly reducing the risk of rupture caused by excessive pressure.

External pressure resistance:

Centrifugal ductile iron pipe has excellent high pressure resistance, which makes it unnecessary to consider the requirements of pipe bed and protective cover during installation and use. This not only simplifies the laying process of the pipeline, but also reduces the cost, making the pipeline laying more economical and reliable.

Inner anti-corrosion layer:

In order to ensure the service life and water quality safety of the ductile iron pipe, we have carried out special treatment inside it. Specifically, we use a centrifugal spraying method to evenly apply cement mortar to the inner layer. This cement lining is fully compliant with the international standard ISO4179 and ensures the robustness and smoothness of the mortar. In addition, the motor coating will not fall off or be contaminated with impurities, and its thickness is uniform, which provides good protection for the drinking water transported by the pipeline, ensuring that the water quality is not polluted by any.

Protective coating:

In order to further enhance the corrosion resistance of the ductile iron pipe, we also sprayed a zinc coating on it. This zinc coating can actively protect the pipeline and extend its service life through the electrochemical interaction between zinc and iron. We use a high chlorinated resin coating, which not only improves the corrosion resistance of the pipeline, but also ensures its appearance. The amount of zinc sprayed on the surface of each pipe is no less than 130g/m², which fully complies with ISO8179 standards. Of course, we can also increase the thickness of zinc spray or spray zinc aluminum alloy layer according to customer needs to meet different application needs.
